Living the life meant for me

Sometimes I wonder whether we are living the life that was meant to be. Each morning when you wake up, what would normally be the first thing in your mind? What is your usual reaction upon opening your eyes? Does your heart leap in joy and in anticipation for the day or do you awaken to a sickening anxiousness which you can't explain?

I dare say that you are not being honest if you deny either one. I believe that one would and could, experience either case--mornings when your heart flusters and your spirit up-- and other mornings when that same heart feels like it has the burden of the whole world weighing upon it; paralyzed and numb to blankness.

Either way, you have little control over these emotions. They just exist. They are real.

Those of you who are the true fans of Oprah and have watched her discussing "The Secret" may claim to have cultivate the power of positivism; that ability to attract nice and good things happening to you just by thinking about it. Kudos to you then. Yet there are still many of us though, no matter how much we try, still find the notion of The Secret more of an illusion and a fantasy.

Whichever you decide to choose for yourself is your own right. No one, not me, is going to make that decision for you.

What I am asking however, is this: are you living the life meant for you?

Are you in the job you were born to do? Are you in the relationship that was fated for you? Are you living in YOUR life or are you living in a shadow of your true self...?

To truly live is to live the life meant for you.
