Walking down the alley,
among long shadows of forgotten dreams,
I sought to remember.
Even now, in my present are my past,
willing captives to my heart.
A heart often deceived by memories:
of children dancing in glee and merriment,
of clear blue rivers and flying fishes.
oh, what fate awaits a man?
in this alley full of promises,
he knows not the secrets,
living his days never in vain,
God forbids he lives in regret.
